Orders, Delivery Process, Delivery Options, and Delivery Rates

The order placed by you through the Website shall be deemed an offer from you to buy the product(s) specified as per the order to Tadmor Zambia Online (“Order”). On receipt of the Order, the Website will automatically generate an e-mail confirming receipt of your Order. Your receipt of ‘The Tadmor Zambia Online order confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgment of receipt of your Order and does not constitute an acceptance of your Order by Tadmor Zambia Online.

Tadmor Zambia Online lists availability information for products on the Website. Please note that the stock situation changes dynamically, you will be informed by e-mail if any product(s) you have ordered is/are out of stock for any reason and an estimated availability date will be provided for when the product is expected to be in stock again. Subject to the availability of the product(s) ordered Tadmor Zambia Online will confirm its acceptance by e-mail confirming the dispatch of the product(s) to your address/store of choice as specified on your Order (“In-transit e-mail”). The Order shall be deemed as accepted by Tadmor Zambia Online on your receipt of the In-transit e-mail, failing which, the order will be canceled.

Any cancellation after the receipt of the payment shall be subject to reimbursement of a 20% charge of the total invoice value (“Cancellation Charges”) to cover the cost of expenses incurred by Tadmor Zambia Online.

The minimum value of your purchase should exceed or be equal to K250.00 to allow us to process your order and deliver it to your nearest bus station (in the case of home delivery) or to your chosen delivery pickup point. Orders below the minimum value of K250.00 will not be processed. We will contact you should your order fail to qualify for processing.

The delivery of the products shall be made either directly by Tadmor Online or through third-party courier/logistic services providers on all days except Sundays and National holidays. At current, we offer the following options for the delivery of your purchased goods:

In-Store Pickup from the nearest Tadmor Zambia Store is most convenient for you.

Home Delivery (For Lusaka City Customers only with delivery within 20kms radius of Lusaka CBD and easily accessible by a delivery truck).

Should your delivery location (in Lusaka City) be outside the stated radius above or inaccessible by our delivery trucks, we will contact you with regards to delivery charges (if need be), or request you to collect your order from an authorized collection point. If both options are unsuitable for you, we will cancel the order and refund you.

Delivery shall take place within 2 weeks following dispatch.

For in-store pick-ups, Tadmor Online will inform you by e-mail confirming that your order has arrived for collection by you (“Order arrived e-mail”). Shipment charges are applicable as below:

Lusaka City Home Delivery or Lusaka In-Store Pick-Up – Free (For a limited period only).

Out of Lusaka In-Store Pick-Up or Nearest bus station – Between 5% of your gross purchase value, if your order is worth K28, 000.00 or below. If you place an order with a gross purchase value above K26, 000.00, then delivery charges are waived and your delivery will be free of charge.

Title & liability to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received full payment. For in-store pick-up orders, the title & liability to products shall pass to you once the goods have been handed over to you in-store.

Online price and product details errors

1) In the event of a pricing error or product details the customer will have the option of cancelling the order or purchasing the product at the price displayed. (2) The error in pricing or product details and the two options available to the customer in clause 1 will be communicated to the customer within 24 hours of Tadmor Zambia Stores discovering the error. (3) The customer must be able to communicate their option on how the order should be treated either within 24 hours or the latest within 7 days from the date the error is communicated. Failure to do so, Tadmor Zambia will reserve the right to treat the order as canceled. (4) If the customer has already paid the price for the item, and the customer chooses to cancel the order and or the order is canceled under the circumstances in clause 3 they shall receive a cash refund within 7 days or a refund-to-card within 21 days.

Payment Options

The Tadmor Zambia Online site accepts the following cards: Visa and Master Card. Card transactions will be acquired for Tadmor Online via approved payment gateways. Our payment gateways use the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on the website. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is Zambia. The transaction Currency is Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).
